Job Description

Bright Future Private School is seeking native English-speaking KG (Early Childhood) Teachers to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a play-based curriculum for early childhood education.
  • Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Promote the development of early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
  • Observe and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents.
  • Organize age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student well-being.

Qualifications

  • Native English speaker.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is preferred.
  • Degrees must be from regular/full-time courses.
  • 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience with MOE/British curriculum in the UAE is a plus.
