Key Responsibilities

  • Source and procure project goods, materials, and services in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate supplier quotations based on price, quality, delivery, and technical compliance.
  • Ensure continuity of supply to support operational and project needs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (engineering, projects, operations, and finance) to clarify requirements and specifications.
  • Manage purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve supply issues or delays.
  • Support supplier evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably within oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract terms.
  • Ability to work with project teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools is an advantage.
